The unit shipping now does not have the ring for a hand strap as shown on the Amazon site. This unit appears to be well made and fits the Tomtom XL just fine. Large magnetic closure for the top is effective.
The GPS just slides up and down inside it. This case does not hold the GPS tightly. Almost like it is made for another model GPS.
I found the case to be highly convenient while giving the unit protection from a fall. I rate it highky
This case is pretty nice, holds the Navigon 7200t perfectly. It's not padded, but seems good quality.
